This project was design for Adleta Construction co. through Michael Lichtenberg & Sons, General Contractors.  At 22,000 SF the structure houses the corporate offices and vehicle maintenance shop.  Featuring Aerated Concrete (AAC) wall panels and Aluminum composite (ACM) wall panels with EIFS panels.

This structure houses the equipment to convert landfill gas to CNG for specially equipped vehicles including local school buses.

Originally designed for Moxy Trucks of America this 56,000 SF PEMB heavy highway truck manufacturer distributes parts for the European based articulating dump-truck market in the U.S.

At 26,500 SF this building houses the corporate offices of Allied Construction Industries.  The building has first and second floor office space and high-bay training areas.

12,000 SF PEMB building designed for the consolidated union trades of Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio.  Located in the Lockland Commerce Center visible from SB I-75.  The distinctive red metal roof lines and bright logo attract attention to the Union's presence in the Tri-State arfea.

Designed for Rumkpe Consolidated Waste of Ohio this project transfers local waste from compactor trucks to open top tractor trailers for shipping to regional landfills.

This project consists of (2) three story professional office buildings framed entirely of wood on an 8 acre site in Lockland, Ohio.  Each rental office space has individual environmental controls. 

One of two identical office condominium buildings constructed in the Lockland Commerce Center, Lockland, Ohio.  Each unit contains a two-story office space and high-bay drive-in areas.

Designed for Matthew 25: Ministries; Cincinnati, Ohio  This project was designed for the staff and volunteers who package goods for distribution to the needy all over the world.

Maintenance and support facility for the transfer station building for Rumpke consolidated Waste facility in Lawrence County, Ohio.

Two identical office condominium buildings constructed in Mt. Healthy, Ohio at the Mt. Healthy commerce Center.  Each unit is sold or leased and has the capability to be joined with the adjacent unit.

6000 SF too rental and display center with equipment storage and cleaning area for Volvo Rents in Crittenden, Kentucky

The 100 year old organization needed a new meeting and presentation venue for astronomical phenomema. The building has numerous  stellar symbolic references and is the welcome center for the  observatories behind this facility. 

12,000 SF office and warehouse building n Forest Park, Ohio housing the local office of the CARX Muffler shops franchisee.

Originally designed for Matthew 25: Ministries, this 15,000 SF facility  located in Loveland, Ohio distributed goods and supplies to the needy all over the world.  Contains worship and educational areas with receiving and shipping areas.

New Covenant Church challenged BC3D Design to convert an existing branch bank to a coffee shop with dine-in and drive-up food and drink services. 12 Stones Coffee Shop was completed and opened in 2024.

Working with P. Gerald Foote architect, Boris Berger and Wakefield & Associates, interior design; BC3D Design furnished detailed construction documents for this well known restaurant owned by the Gregory family.

Previously the Oldenburg Brewery Company this remodeling project and addition was completed in conjunction with Wakefield & Associates, Interior Designers for the Gregory family.  The addition houses new walk-in coolers and the facade compliments the existing architecture.
