Who we are
BC3D Design was established in 1990 by William Cullen, Architect, to provide Architectural services to builders, developers and individual entities in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Our services have since expanded to include large scale commercial projects, custom multi-family projects and custom single-family projects in seven states.
Certifications & Education
Registered Architect in the following states:
Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.
Certificate: National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, LEED AP BD+C.
Education:
Mr. Cullen holds a Bachelors degree (BArch) from the College of Design, Art and Architecture, University of Cincinnati , and is a graduate of the Ohio College of Applied Science with an associates degree in Architectural Technologies.
The University of Cincinnati is considered to have one of the top architecture schools in the nation.

- BIM format-Revolutionizing how buildings are designed and delivered, BC3D Design is now currently producing all projects in the Autodesk Revit format.

All projects are started in Autodesk Revit software. This is a 3D modeling application that integrates all of the building components into a single database format. We will accept your 2D AutoCAD files and import into our program. Our output will be PDF's and native AutoCAD .dwg files depending on your software version and platform.

Revit® and Bluebeam® combined software allow the creation of "smart" PDF's that include view links and detailed 3d renderings and animations.
